All orders placed are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
Returns or replacements will only be accepted in the case of a verified manufacturing defect. If you believe your item is defective, you must contact us within a reasonable time from the date of delivery and provide sufficient evidence of the defect (such as photos or videos).
We reserve the right to inspect and verify any claimed defects before approving a return or replacement. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.
